Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping Options

We used the following 2 shipping providers: USPS  and FEDEX.  Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation.    Your order will be shipped out the next 24 to 48 hours.  Shipping and tracking information will also be made available in your shipping confirmation email.  Shipping cost is calculated by weight of the combined products and where you are located.  Our warehouse is located in New Jersey.  We offer the following shipping service options.

Shipping package weight less than 13 oz, we provide USPS First Class Delivery Service.

Shipping package weight more than 13 oz, we provide USPS Priority or Fedex Home Delivery Delivery Service.  We have RSS delivery time estimates feeds from the 3 shipping vendors.  

*** Please note *** The "Time in Transit Data" are estimates from USPS and FEDEX shipping companies.  Please add 2 to 3 business days of order processing and payment verification time.

Most packages arrive within 3-6 business days once payment is verified.

We do not offer any type of express service delivery.



Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

 

International Delivery

International shipping costs range depending on your location. Please email us at support@beautybros.com, with your country and the beauty products that you are interested in and we can provide you an international shipping quote email.  International orders typically take 10-21 business days.

* Please Note * Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

 

Damaged Shipment

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge.  You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery time/date.  Everything is time stamped with all tracking information.  There are no exceptions to this rule.  You have 1 day to notify us for any damaged goods once you receive it.  Please e-mail us at support@beautybros.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on returning the damaged package for replacement. Please save all the packaging and contents.



Delivery Issues

Due to rare occurrences with the USPS and FEDEX delivery services, packages can unfortunately get lost.  This may be due to an incorrect address or delivery issues beyond our control.  However, the customer will be held liable for the lost package if it is determined that you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address or incomplete address.  All our shipping carrier provide shipping address verification program to verify, if it is a legitimate shipping address.  Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, we are unable to reroute packages.  If we do received the return package, the customer will be notified via email for the correct shipping address.  The customer will be charged for the shipping cost to have the package shipped out again.  There are no exceptions to this rule.
