Return Policy

Return &  Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.  With our 30 day return & exchange policy, there are no special catches or exceptions.  All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.  It is a simple process.  Please email us for a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) request and send back the products back to us.  Beauty Bros LLC wants to make your shopping and return experience as easy and safe as possible.  Please contact us through the Contact Us Page oe email us at support@beautybros.com to request a RMA #. 

    * You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
    * Return or exchange products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full merchandise refund.
    * Return of any opened or used products will be assessed a 20% restocking fee on the merchandise.
    * Please fill out the form in Contact US page for a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number and mail it back to us.  You will be responsible for the return shipping.  Once we email you the RMA #, please write it on the outside of the package.   Once you send the package back to us, please email us the following information for a quicker return process:  order #, RMA # outside of package, name of the return or exchange items, and return tracking information, if available.
    * You just have to mail it back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the return or exchange shipping cost.  Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
    * Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 3 to 4 business days of receipt)
    * We will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.  Initial shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

How do I cancel an online order on beautybros.com?

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but it will be very difficult to cancel your online order. All our online orders are emailed to a drop shipping company which handles all our order executions and takes care of our packing and shipping of the merchandise. You may return the items for a refund.  Please follow our return policy to return your unused items.

 
What do I do when my products is damaged during delivery.

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge. Please send an e-mail describing the damage to support@beautybros.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on returning the damaged package. Please save all the packaging and contents.

 

What happens if the wrong items comes?
